Fecto Group was founded in 1952

Fecto Group stands among Pakistan’s oldest and most respected industrial groups, with a legacy rooted in resilience, innovation, and development. The journey began with Coronation Footwear, a humble shoe store founded by Ghulam Muhammad A. Fecto in Mumbai. After migrating post-Partition, he reestablished the business in Dhaka, eventually expanding into the trading of electrical goods, wires, and home appliances in 1952. Mr. Fecto led one of Pakistan’s earliest technical collaborations with Japan—manufacturing radios in partnership with a Japanese brand—marking the country’s first-ever such alliance.
Following the events of 1971, Fecto Group relocated its operations to Pakistan, transitioning from trading into large-scale industrial ventures. Over the decades, the Group has built a diversified industrial footprint—spanning cement, sugar, and agricultural machinery. Today, Fecto Belarus Tractors stands as a symbol of that legacy—delivering powerful, reliable, and field-tested tractors to support the backbone of Pakistan’s economy: its farmers.

Over the decades, more than 300,000 units have been assembled and sold—cementing Fecto Belarus as one of Pakistan’s leading suppliers of durable, high-performance agricultural machinery.
